The aim of the course
This course is intended to give you sufficient knowledge in order to attend Romanian Aeronautical Civil Aviation examination and obtain EASA Cabin Crew Member Attestation.
Pre entry requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years old;
- High school diploma;
- CV with photo;
- Medical Certificate Class 2 for cabin crew;
- Good knowledge of English language (speak, write, read, and understand) to ensure appropriate communication with both crew members and passengers;
- Able to swim for the initial attestation (with life vest);;
- The ability to retrieve safety and emergency equipment, open and close overhead compartments of the aircraft, from a standing position;
Structure and time scale of the course
Theoretical Knowledge Instruction:
- General theoretical knowledge of aviation and aviation regulations covering all elements relevant to the duties and responsibilities required from cabin crew
- Communication
- Introductory course on Human Factor (HF) in aviation and management crew resources (CRM)
- Passenger handling and cabin surveillance
- Aero-medical aspects and first aid
- Dangerous goods in accordance with applicable ICAO technical instructions
- General security aspects in aviation, including awareness of the provisions laid down in regulation (EC) No.
- Fire and smoke training
- Survival training
Practical Knowledge Instruction: 1 day.
